I've been following this program for 8 weeks. It has helped me fall asleep quickly and on my own without a sleep aid, but I now I just wake up very early in the a.m. and can't go back to sleep, so overall sleep has not improved. I've been sleeping on average 4.5 hours a night for weeks on end. There is no human behind this app to troubleshoot individual sleep problems. It seems like the app and all its content were made by a bot. Very, very low quality relaxation content.

App does not disclose that it has no free features or am actual free trial. Once you spend all the time entering your info, it then offers a "free one week trial" that you can pay what you want. But there's no option for not paying. I don't pay a penny for apps I can't try first, and I don't pay for apps that say they are free when they aren't.

App has some annoying design issues. The sleep restriction info is helpful to some extent, but most of the content is nothing new - sleep hygiene, relaxation exercises, etc. After following the program for a month, my avg # of hours slept is unchanged, but more consistent. So, instead of 8,2,8,2 its 6,6,6,6. Cost of this program is way too high for little to no improvement.
